Cookie Butter Creamer Recipe

Servings: Makes about 2 cups

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons cookie butter spread
  • 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Heat the mixture

  1. Pour milk and heavy cream into a saucepan.
  2. Heat on low to medium heat.
  3. Stir gently; do not let it boil.

Step 2: Add flavor ingredients

  1. Add:
    • Cookie butter spread
    • Sweetened condensed milk
    • Brown sugar
    • Vanilla extract
    • Cinnamon
    • Nutmeg (if using)
  2. Whisk continuously until everything becomes smooth and fully blended.

Step 3: Cool and store

  1. Remove from heat.
  2. Allow the creamer to cool completely.
  3. Pour into a clean bottle or airtight jar.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before using.

Serving Suggestions

Add 2–4 tablespoons to:

  • Hot coffee 
  • Iced coffee 
  • Lattes
  • Hot chocolate
  • Cold brew drinks

Tip: Shake before each use because natural ingredients may separate slightly in the refrigerator. It stays fresh for about 5–7 days when chilled.
