Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Zucchini

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wash and dry the zucchini.
  3. Slice each zucchini in half lengthwise.
  4. Using a spoon, scoop out the center flesh, leaving a ¼-inch shell.
  5. Chop the removed zucchini flesh and set aside for the filling.

  1. Return the zucchini boats to the oven.
