Napier Anthony Sturt Marten Wikipedia - Constance Mareten's Father

Napier Anthony Sturt Marten is the father of missing girl Constance Mareten. She was missing with her boyfriend from 5 January 2023, when their car was found abandoned and on fire near Bolton, to 27 February 2023. They went missing with their newborn baby, who was believed to have been born a few days before they went missing.

On March 1, 2023, a bag containing the bones of a newborn was found in a shed on an allotment property close to where the couple had been detained.

Constance Marten Family, Biography and Early Life

Constance Marten was born into a social class family back in 1987, and she spent her childhood at Crichel House in Dorset. In 2016, while Marten was a sophomore in college studying theater, she began a relationship with Gordon, which drove a wedge between her and her family.

Mark Gordon was born in Birmingham, West Midlands, in 1974, however he and his mother eventually settled in Florida, United States.

He raped a neighbor at knifepoint when he was 14 years old, in 1989. There was "one count of armed kidnapping, four separate counts of armed sexual battery, and one count of burglary with a deadly weapon" proven against him. He was deported back to the UK in 2010 after serving 20 years in jail.

Napier's has extensive ties to the royal family because to his time spent as a page for the late Queen. He is very close to his daughter. After she went missing, he wrote,

"Darling Constance, even though we remained estranged at the moment, I stand by, as I have always done and as the family has always done, to do whatever is necessary for your safe return to us.

The previous eight years have been beyond traumatic for all the family and your friends, as they must have been for you," he said. Seeing you open up like this again is really trying. Find the strength to turn yourself in to the authorities as soon as possible, Constance."

Is Napier Anthony Sturt Marten's daughter found?

As of Aug 2023, Napier Anthony Sturt Marten's daughter is found. On February 27th, police located the couple in Hollingbury, Brighton.

It was revealed on 3 March that the baby had been wrapped in a plastic bag. Near that location, the couple were arrested. It was revealed that their baby was a girl named Victoria, when the couple was arrested, during the court appearance.

On 31 March, 2023, they were both remanded in custody, and appeared at Central London's Old Bailey.  The couple are due to stand trial in January 2024.
