Brian Rader is the son of Dennis Rader killed ten people in Wichita and Park City, Kansas, and sent taunting letters to police and media outlets describing the details of his crimes, between 1974 and 1991. Dennis harbored sadistic sexual fantasies about torturing "trapped and helpless" women, from a young age. He also exhibited zoosadism by torturing, killing, and hanging small animals.
