Dan Osmond is married to Rebecca's mother, Maria Osmond, for over 25 years and they have two children together. She is a former actress and model who has been in the industry for many years. In addition, Marie Osmond addressed her experience as a sex abuse survivor while discussing Miley Cyrus' controversial comments about being gay. She said she changed her opinion of men after reflecting on her 'great brothers' and 'amazing father'    

She said, "When I was about eight or nine, I actually thought I was gay,' Osmond told her co-hosts. 'The reason is because I had been sexually abused to the point that men made me sick. I didn't trust them, I didn't like them." Also, she has been married three times - twice to the same man - and has eight children.

Rebecca Osmond Career

Rebecca Osmond's first acting role was in 2006 when she was cast as the lead in the television movie Suburban Girl. She went on to star in the television series Degrassi: The Next Generation from 2009 to 2012 playing the role of Alli Bhandari.

She also had a recurring role on the Canadian television series The Listener. In 2013, Rebecca starred in the Canadian movie The Other Woman. In 2018, she had a recurring role on the Hulu series, The Path, playing the role of Emily. She appeared in the film, Run This Town, which was released in theaters, in 2019.
